By registering an account or using any API services provided by GIA HUY NEXUS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the service.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and issued API Keys (sk-gw-...). All requests originating from your API Keys will be billed to your account balance. Never expose your API keys on public code repositories.
You agree not to use our API infrastructure for unlawful activities, including distributing malware, launching DDoS attacks, generating illegal or harassing material, spamming, or violating intellectual property rights.
Services operate on a prepaid Pay-as-you-go model. Token consumption is billed per actual request token count. Top-ups via VietQR, Binance Pay, or Crypto USDT are processed automatically with instant balance reflection.
We prioritize your privacy. All prompt and completion payloads are encrypted via SSL/TLS and routed directly to upstream LLM providers. We do not retain sensitive conversation contents beyond token metadata required for billing.
